At this property we carried out full house refurbishment works including a large loft conversion and kitchen extension. We constructed a mansard roof with two projected dormers that house matching Victorian sash windows. These particular windows were fabricated by our joiner using accoya wood, highly regarded as the best wood on the market for its exceptional properties.

This design looks much more in keep with the property in comparison to conventional loft conversions with French doors or standard box sash windows. We have created a seamless transition between the existing and new brickwork, in order to maintain the consistency and character of the building. The loft conversion added an additional two bedrooms and a communal bathroom, which has transformed this property into a large family home.
